A live/work/play mixed-use center located at Dallas North Tollway and Parker Road. The design of these two, two-story office/retail/restaurant buildings, containing 110,000 square feet was completed by HODGES along with the master planning and design coordination for residential and freestanding restaurants.

A mixed-use community that compliments a live/work/play environment located at I-30 and Sylvan Ave. The desired community is a scaled experience and is created with a central green with retail and restaurant buildings lining the street, creating a definitive urban industrial concept. The dominant structure in the development is a 4-story apartment building over a 3-level podium parking garage, including retail and office space on the 1st level. All buildings have achieved LEED certification.
A live/work/shop, mixed-use center located at West 7th Street and Caroll Street. The historical design elements of this well known building were preserved in the major renovation. The eight story Montgomery Ward shell building which adds residential/retail/restaurant in addition of 350,000 square foot center was completed by HODGES. Design coordination for the residential and freestanding restaurants was a key to this integrated master planned development.
Creekview Corporate Center II, is located at 1300 East Lookout Drive, in Campbell neighborhood, Richardson, TX. The Class A Office building was completed in 2001 and features a total of 151,073 SF. An underground parking structure allows tenants to access the structure and avoiding the elements of nature. Half of the building has picturesque views of the creek, hence the name of the building, "Creekview".
A intelligently designed, 100 acre mixed-use development strategically located at the convergence of three major arteries in Burgeoning North Fort Worth, are planned. Over 1 million square feet of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and specialty grocer. Strategically located in the rapidly growing and thriving area between Downtown Fort Worth and Alliance Airport. Located in the intersection of two state highways (287 & I-35), with quick access to Fort Worth CBD & the DFW International Airport. The surrounding area is home to corporations including, Nestle, UPS, Charles Schwab, Deloitte, and Facebook.
