HODGES Development, on behalf of Huffines Communities, has begun the development and construction of Phase I of Aria Retail at the intersection of Merritt Rd and George Bush in Sachse, TX. The first building will consist of 15,000 SF of inline retail. Phase II will include three pad sites and an additional 15,000 SF of inline retail, totaling over 40,000 SF.
“We are thrilled to begin this development, which is located on the going home and swing corner at George Bush and Merritt Rd in the fast-growing sector of Sachse. This 7.01-acre project enjoys excellent freeway visibility and direct access from Merritt and Pleasant Valley.” Said Charles Hodges, of HODGES Architecture.
HODGES Development recently began development and construction of the Heartland Retail project at I-20 and Hwy 741 in Mesquite, Texas.
“Today’s retail tenants want projects that are real and under construction. We are happy to add Aria to the five other projects HODGES has under development in Texas.” Said Charles Hodges, of HODGES Architecture.
The project was designed by HODGES Architecture of Dallas.
