Huffines Communities selected HODGES Architecture to design the epic amenity center, which will complement the very successful Solterra development in east Mesquite, Texas.
The centerpiece of the Solterra Residential Development is the resort-style amenity center, which is surrounded by pools and outdoor elements that compare with first class resorts nationwide.
The aspirational architecture of the center, located on the shore of a complex of lakes that extend through the development, highlights the collection of amenities that are second to none in the region.

The amenity center includes a grand ballroom that spills onto the veranda, which overlooks the beach and north lawn. The fitness wing provides fabulous lake views, and the covered pavilion provides outdoor kitchens, a fire pit, and outdoor games directly adjacent to the large array of pools and open-air elements.
