The District in Little Elm, a new 375,000 sq. ft. mixed-use retail and multifamily project designed by HODGES Architecture for Palladium USA in the town of Little Elm. The project has two distinct living communities. The four-story garden-style building, boasting 324 units, comprises one phase of the property. In contrast, phase two includes a four-story wrap, including two-story loft units with private balconies atop 11,300 square feet of retail space. The property is certified by the National Green Building Standard. HODGES gave extensive thought to the landscape design connecting it to the local Town Park and the extensive trail system surrounding Lake Lewisville.
