Charles M. Hodges is a native of Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Mr. Hodges began his architectural career with Robert J. Pesce & Associates. He organized the firm of HODGES & Associates, P.L.L.C. in 1974. He holds certifications with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is currently a registered Architect in Texas, as well as thirty-four other states. A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers; he has been and is currently involved with numerous prestigious developments including regional malls, retail centers, restaurants, cinemas, distribution centers and office buildings. Awards received for retail design include several City awards and recognition from magazines such as Shopping Center World and National Mall Monitor. Mr. Hodges plays a very active role in providing General Administration, Conceptual Design, Project Coordination and Marketing. Notable projects include: University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas, Alamo Quarry Market and Legacy in San Antonio, Texas, Arboretum and West Bank Market in Austin, Texas, Preston/Royal, Inwood Village in Dallas, Texas, Colleyville Towne Center in Colleyville, Texas, Canyon West in Lubbock, Texas, and Old Shepard Place, Lakeside Market, Preston/Park, The Centre at Preston Ridge in Frisco, Texas, and Preston Village, Plano, Texas. Over the past four decades Hodges has grown from a small, one man shop in Dallas, TX to a nationally recognized firm with a team of more than 40, with over 46 million square feet of built space. Part of our evolution is to strive for continuous innovation in each of the market sectors we serve, Entertainment, Retail-Mixed Use-Office, Living-Lifestyle-Wellness-Destination, Multifamily, Hospitality, and Land & Master Planning.

Gerald E. Luecke, a native of Dallas, Texas, is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He also received the AIA school medal while at Texas Tech. Mr. Luecke's architectural career began with Robert J. Pesce & Associates before joining HODGES in 1980. Mr. Luecke is a registered Architect in Texas and California. He has added to his credits numerous retail centers, mixed-use developments, office tech centers, national anchor stores, and restaurants. Notable projects include: Huebner Fashion Center in San Antonio, Texas, Waterford Lakes Town Center, Orlando, FL, Las Palmas Marketplace, El Paso, Texas, Wolf Ranch, Austin, Texas, Canyon West, Lubbock, Texas, The Arboretum of South Barrington in Illinois, Ann Taylor Loft Stores - nationwide and Incredible Universe - nationwide.
Along with project activities, he is actively engaged in the business management of the firm, as well as all aspects of the daily operations of the firm and represents client's interest as projects move from planning and entitlements to construction administration. Gerald serves as principal-in-charge of multiple projects and represents clients before municipal boards and councils. He is also actively involved in writing of entitlement documents and strategic planning for City approvals. Gerald's projects have received numerous awards from City governments as well as national magazines.

Kerry has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, University of Texas at Arlington
Kerry brings over 30 years experience to his role as Site Plan Director for the firm. He has been with Hodges since 1992 and manages all site and land use plans that come through the office. Kerry specializes in master planning and is accomplished in processing entitlement packages to provide for current needs and future development.

Since joining HODGES Architecture in 1993, George has been responsible for a wide variety of project types. For the past two decades, his main focus has been leading HODGES Entertainment, where he is involved in all aspects of the projects. He represents client interests and oversees the entire process, from initial client meetings and programming through the grand opening. He has extensive management experience in Entertainment venues, Mixed-Use projects, Lifestyle centers, Restaurants, and large Retail projects. George's projects have received recognition from many national magazines.

When Steve joined HODGES Architecture in 1991 he brought with him a diverse portfolio of experience, which included Municipal work, Historic renovations, Educational, Industrial, Retail, and Entertainment venues. He currently serves as a Vice President of HODGES and is a project manager providing direct coordination between the Owner and our design team. Steve has earned the trust of our clients through his commitment to excellence in providing outstanding customer service and representing the client's best interests throughout the project, from design inception to project completion.

Vice President and Director of Design at Hodges, Trey has over 20 years of experience in the architectural profession. He oversees project design, materials, and delineation of exterior and interiors. Belief that the visual is as important as the functional encourages his continued education of design and color. An extensive background in retail, entertainment, educational, medical, office, and residential design provides the ability to address a variety of architectural type and styles. This expands beyond design into the fields of production, product education, as well as construction. The combination of experience and education gives a more complete understanding of not only the creative nature of design, but the practical one. From the initial conceptual sketch through construction of the project, architectural design and understanding is vital to its success. As diverse outside the office as in, interest range from Sports to Art. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University, His education included not only Architecture, but an extensive background in design and Ceramic Art. A native of Louisiana, exposure to an easy going lifestyle and creative culture has provided a relaxed approach to both work and life. Enjoy good food, good times, and good people.

Vincent came to HODGES Architecture in 1997 and has served as Project Manager for a diverse array of projects. He currently fulfills an essential role in our Entertainment Design Group that includes design development, construction documents, and coordinating projects with owners, consultants, and municipalities. Vincent has shown exceptional commitment and dedication to our company and the needs of our clients.

Rebecca Taub came to Hodges in 2006 and joined our Entertainment Design Group team. She has worked in many areas of the Architectural field and has a wide range of experience. Her past projects include Entertainment, Municipal, Public, Educational, Recreational, Industrial, and Food Service. She currently manages the production side of the Entertainment Design Group and provides the necessary construction documents while coordinating the project with the Owner, consultants, and city.

Pred Milovac is an Associate and Senior Architect for the HODGES Retail Studio. He graduated from the University of Sarajevo with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering and Urban Planning. He is a registered architect internationally and domestically licensed in Texas and Washington. He is a current member of AIA and NCARB. Pred has been with Hodges since 2014, and his extensive portfolio spans entertainment, healthcare, corporate interiors, mixed-use, office, retail, mixed-use high-rise, urban planning & multi-family design. From conceptual design to satisfying complex project requirements, Pred consistently maximizes design in retail design spaces. He speaks regularly on the importance of adaptability and keeping our clients and partners well informed on the project’s status throughout its life cycle.

Aman Sandhu is an Associate Architect, for the HODGES Entertainment Studio, and other specialty project types. She graduated from the Guru Nanak Dev University (Amritsar, India) with a bachelor's degree in Architecture. She is a registered architect licensed in Wisconsin and a member of NCARB. Aman has been with Hodges since 2012, and her extensive portfolio spans entertainment, office, and retail design. Aman is actively involved in BIM management for the firm. From conceptual design to satisfying complex project requirements, Aman consistently maximizes design in entertainment spaces. She speaks regularly on the importance of strong, clear, organized construction documents.

Jason Pali is a Project Manager for the HODGES Retail Studio. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design. Jason has been with Hodges since 2004, and his extensive portfolio spans retail, hospitality, and residential design. Jason has years of experience in the technical aspects of putting project documents together and is a wealth of knowledge for the retail studio. From conceptual design to satisfying complex project requirements, Jason consistently maximizes the production and construction documents related to retail design. He speaks regularly on the importance of understanding that retail architecture is about storytelling, experience, and community. Thoughtful design can transform spaces into memorable destinations, whether a high-end boutique or a neighborhood coffee shop. A fascinating design sector that combines creativity, functionality, and aesthetics to create engaging spaces for consumers.

Gloria has over 40 years of Commercial Interior Design experience. At HODGES Architecture she has served for ten years as Senior Interior Design / Project Manager. Her primary focus is on understanding project requirements and developing a creative design team response in a timely manner. Her contributions are based on a complete understanding of the process. She has success in many building types including Multifamily, Healthcare, Entertainment, Retail, and Office.
